Since starting as a receptionist, she moved on to processing and closing in escrow before her current management position, gaining valuable knowledge in sales and service along the way. She believes this “bottom up” career path has reinforced her priority to consistently deliver the best customer service possible to all of Vanguard’s clients through all phases of the closing process.
