Chris Felton has over 27 years experience working in residential and commercial title insurance.

Chris graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Law and Government. He law clerked in Ann Arbor, Michigan during college and had a brief career in law enforcement from 1991-1995. He later was employed, first as manager, and then as vice president of sales and marketing at A.S.K. Services, Inc. – a Michigan based public record research company.

Diana Press is our Client Relations and Closing Manager and boasts a resume spanning 20+ years in the Title Insurance industry.

Since starting as a receptionist, she moved on to processing and closing in escrow before her current management position, gaining valuable knowledge in sales and service along the way. She believes this “bottom up” career path has reinforced her priority to consistently deliver the best customer service possible to all of Vanguard’s clients through all phases of the closing process.

Diana is married with three children and has lived in Sterling Heights for 30 years.
