Robert Considine

Robert Considine manages the Vanguard Title’s operations as well as administrative, facilities and human resources functions.

Considine holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, and a certification in Senior Professional Human Resources.

Prior to joining the Vanguard Title team, Considine worked at North American Title as the firm’s Human Resources Manager. In this position, he helped transition this one-time small partnership into a robust title organization with nearly 100 employees in less than two years.

From 2000 to 2004, Considine worked with the team responsible for overhauling First American’s systems, processes and customer service expectations. In 2005, he joined forces with former First American colleagues and North American founders Mike Strat, Rick Parsons, and John Apostol to establish Vanguard Title.
